A blend of shaved Brussels sprouts, broccoli, red onion, peppers, and carrots is tossed in a light vinaigrette and paired with brown rice, diced sweet potatoes, and roasted corn. Our homemade BBQ sauce is the dressing for this salad! You can add a little or the whole cup!
