We took an Italian classic and threw our own spin on it! Antibiotic-free chicken breast is marinated and cooked in a marsala sauce before getting shredded. This dish comes with a side of low-carb cauliflower rice blended with mushrooms and peas and a side of sautéed spinach. Then a reduced marsala sauce is poured over the whole dish!
