Inspired by the Asian dish, we decided to keep all of the flavors while making it healthier! Our delicious Kung Pao chicken is made with red bell peppers, zucchini, scallions, and garlic. We cook the chicken with organic coconut aminos, tamari, zucchini, ginger, and garlic. This dish is paired with a side of broccoli and carrots, roasted to perfection for that extra crunch.
