Cooked couscous is tossed with mirepoix vegetables, carrots, onion, and celery, and freshly diced tomatoes and then folded together with chopped basil and parsley. Our homemade Fra Diavolo sauce packs some heat and is generously poured over these plant-based meatballs and couscous blend. If you've never visited Boston's North End well now you don't have to!
