These delicious Turkey Kebabs are loaded flavor! Our lean turkey tenderloins are marinated overnight in tahini yogurt, lemon juice, cumin, coriander, smoked paprika, oregano, garlic, and parsley. We then roast chickpeas and tossed them with sautéed spinach, fresh tomatoes, red onion, and feta cheese. This dish comes with a side of tahini sauce dressing.
