This Vegetarian Buffalo Spiced Cauliflower Pizza is loaded! We coat cauliflower in Frank's Red Hot buffalo sauce and then roasted the florets in the oven. When they come out they are tossed again in buffalo sauce before landing on our gluten-free pizza crust. It is then topped with blue cheese, mozzarella cheese, and red onions. To finish, we splash a drizzle of ranch and top with scallions.
