If you receive your health insurance through MIIA/Blue Cross Blue Shield as part of your municipal employment in one of our pilot communities (Amesbury, Amherst, Chelmsford, Danvers, Dracut, Mansfield, Medfield, Newburyport, Peabody, Reading, Sandwich, Saugus, Southbridge, Walpole, and Woburn), you are a MIIA/Blue Cross subscriber.
Do I have to commit to a long-term subscription?
No. Nutré offers flexible weekly plans. You can pause, skip a week, or cancel anytime.
Can I choose my own meals?
Yes. Each week you can select from over 50 rotating meal options, or let us auto-fill your order based on your preferences.
How are the meals delivered?
Meals are delivered once a week in reusable bags with ice packs. They arrive fresh, never frozen, and are ready to heat and enjoy in minutes.
Can I freeze my meals?
Your meals arrive fresh and ready to heat and enjoy. For added flexibility, they can also be frozen — with the exception of meals containing leafy greens, which are best enjoyed fresh.
What if I forget to pause, skip, or cancel an order before it is placed?

How long do the meals stay good for?
Meals are sealed for freshness and are best enjoyed within the week of delivery. You can also freeze them if you need to keep them longer.
What dietary options are available?
Nutré offers meals that are diabetic-friendly, low sodium, low carb, gluten-free, dairy-free, high protein, and more.
What if I have allergies?
All allergens are clearly labeled on each meal package and on our website. Please note that meals are prepared in a facility that also processes common allergens.
