Here are some actionable things you can do to prevent yourself from sickness & spreading the virus.
- Wash your hands for 20 second or more with soap and hot water. BE SURE TO DRY YOUR HANDS AFTER. 5X + per day
- Sneeze or cough into a tissue, or your sleeve if you do not have a tissue handy
- Avoid touching your eyes, mouth, or face
- Avoid any contact with people feeling unwell in any way shape or form
- If leaving your home, wear gloves & mask (DO NOT HOARD THESE PRODUCTS)
- Stay home and socially distanced as much as you can
- Boost your immune systems with healthy foods / vitamins/ minerals
- Stay away from gyms & highly populated areas.
- Clean your iphone daily
- Avoid handshakes
- Stay active with easy at-home work outs!
These steps will help prevent attracting and spreading. Lets do our part in this and be responsible!
