11 Action Items To Stay Healthy During COVID-19 Outbreak

 

Here are some actionable things you can do to prevent yourself from sickness & spreading the virus.

  1. Wash your hands for 20 second or more with soap and hot water. BE SURE TO DRY YOUR HANDS AFTER. 5X + per day
  2. Sneeze or cough into a tissue, or your sleeve if you do not have a tissue handy
  3. Avoid touching your eyes, mouth, or face
  4. Avoid any contact with people feeling unwell in any way shape or form
  5. If leaving your home, wear gloves & mask (DO NOT HOARD THESE PRODUCTS)
  6. Stay home and socially distanced as much as you can
  7. Boost your immune systems with healthy foods / vitamins/ minerals
  8. Stay away from gyms & highly populated areas.
  9. Clean your iphone daily
  10. Avoid handshakes
  11. Stay active with easy at-home work outs!

These steps will help prevent attracting and spreading. Lets do our part in this and be responsible!
