This BBQ Shredded Pork with Chipotle slaw is the perfect high protein, low carb dish that is sure to keep you feeling full all day! Tender pork loin is slow-cooked in a homemade bbq seasoned blend of herbs and spices before getting hand-pulled by a member of our culinary team. A  fresh slaw mix of broccoli, red cabbage, red onion, pepper, and carrots is gently tossed in a chipotle vinaigrette (no mayo in this slaw!). A drizzle of BBQ sauce is poured over the pulled pork to keep it nice and juicy!
