Our stuffed peppers are always a weekly hit and this time we've decided to top them with your favorite sauce! Antibiotic-free chicken is freshly ground and cooked on the stovetop with a salt-free blend of herbs and spices. It's then gently tossed with homemade enchilada sauce and stuffed into a fresh red bell pepper. These delicious peppers are topped with shredded pepper jack cheese and doused in the enchilada sauce.
