These juicy little shrimp will explode in your mouth like firecrackers in this delicious dish! Mini shrimp are marinated overnight in a Cajun and fresh garlic blend and topped with a homemade sweet chili garlic sauce for a huge burst of flavor. They are laid over a bed of jasmine fried rice filled with scrambled egg, carrots, onion, corn, and peas and is made with our own blend of lower-sodium soy sauce. To finish, we add freshly prepared snow peas for texture.
