These chicken tenders have some heat but are easily quelled with some homemade ranch! Our gluten-free chicken tenders are made with a local gluten-free panko mixed with a Nashville Hot spice blend and given a light egg wash (super simple ingredients here!). They're baked in the oven as opposed to deep fried so you can enjoy some delicious low-calorie tenders. They are paired with a side of garlic green beans and a portion of homemade ranch dressing.
